Livestock Link provides NLIS compliance services to the Australian saleyard industry.

We guarantee 100% scanning accuracy and we have a strong customer focus. We strive for an excellent service without disrupting the agents from their jobs.

Before a sale begins, our staff scan the animals in their pens using wand readers and handheld computers. The information is uploaded into the main database and we produce various reports for the saleyard, buyers, agents and vendors.

We also perform NLIS queries, such as Lifetime Traceability and ERP checks, and include this information in the reports.

Further, we ensure that all animals have a readable tag and that the actual sale lots match the National Vendor Declarations. Any issues can be resolved before the sale begins.

At the time of weighing, all that is required is to take the animal's weight since all other information has been gathered at the pre-sale scanning stage.
